Tracy takes the day out of the holidays to visit the gorgeous Aussie animals in Caversham Wildlife Park.

  • The park was started in 1988, and in 2003 the Wildlife park moved into this home here at Whiteman Park.
  • Caversham Wildlife Park houses the largest private collection of native animals in WA, that’s about 2000 animals, bords and reptiles, made up of about 200 different species.
  • They pride themselves with providing an interactive experience, so people can come along and feed the roos, have a photo with the Koalas, join in farm show, feed the penguins and also meet the wombat and friends.
  • The Caversham Wildlife Park hosts a farm show at 10am, 1pm and 3pm each day for children to enjoy, where they can watch sheep shearing, crack a stock whip, milk a cow, bottle a lamb and even meet a stockman on horseback.
  • Caversham is just 40 minutes away from the CBD and is a wonderful day trip to visit with the whole family.
