- Tonon Vineyard & Winery is a family-owned boutique winery in Carmel, within the Bickley Valley wine region of the Shire of Kalamunda, about 30 minutes from Perth's CBD.
- Established in 2012 by winemaker Daniel Tonon, the vineyard focuses on estate-grown, single-vineyard wines made from alternative Mediterranean grape varieties suited to the Perth Hills climate.
- The winery is known for pioneering alternative varieties in the region and is recognised as the first commercial grower and producer of Prosecco in the Perth Hills.
- Tonon has earned multiple national wine awards, including the Trophy for Best Wine of Show at the 2023 Australian Alternative Varieties Wine Show for its Sangiovese, highlighting its reputation for small-batch, artisan winemaking.
- Hainault Vineyard is one of the oldest wineries in the Bickley Valley, with the vineyard established in the late 1970s and recognised as the oldest vineyard on the Bickley Wine Trail.
- Situated at approximately 400 metres above sea level in the Perth Hills, Hainault is regarded as the highest vineyard in Western Australia and one of the state's coolest wine-growing locations.
- The boutique winery produces estate-grown wines from hand-harvested fruit, using minimal-intervention winemaking techniques to showcase the unique cool-climate character of the region.
- Hainault is particularly known for its sparkling Pinot Noir made using the traditional Méthode Champenoise, with several wines earning medals at the Perth Hills Wine Show.
