• Manjimup one of the Truffle capitals of Australia thanks to the Truffle and Wine Company. Truffles are a delicacy in Europe and can sell for around $3,000 a kilogram.
• Truffles are typically found on hazelnuts or oak trees and referred to as “Black Gold”.
• Truffle & Wine Co’s estate is covered by 40 kilometers of truffle tree rows and 12 hectares of grapevines. This makes it the largest producing truffière in the Southern Hemisphere.
