We are spoilt here in WA, having some of the best beaches in the world at our doorstep. Including the Alkimos – part of Perth’s booming northern coast. It’s actually one of the fastest growing areas in the country and it’s very easy to see why.

• There’s something very exciting happening just 45 minutes north of the city. This is one of WA’s rapidly growing coastal communities, it’s called Shorehaven and it’s right on Alkimos Beach.
• One of the major features is the brand new four-hectare waterfront park, which offers unrivalled direct beach access to the local community access to almost 2 kilometres of pristine coastline.
• Very soon there’ll be a top quality beachfront café and a coastal village centre – unique to the whole area.
• With that, the future Coastal Village Centre will be the only beachside retail amenity in the region upon completion. It will bring a real cosmopolitan feel to the community, featuring a supermarket, shops, cafes, restaurants, plus beachside apartments – all within 200m of the stunning coastline.
