It was 2010 when Laila Gampfer was diagnosed with the gastrointestinal disorder coeliac’s disease. Switching to a gluten free diet was the only way to avoid stomach pain, but Laila didn’t see this as a major problem.

• Laila saw her coeliac’s as a business opportunity, a chance to turn her lemons into lemonade. She saw a niche for a range of raw foods and now her own raw food brand has become a juggernaut.
