Theo & Vince vs Chloe and Kelly

MKR Perth contestants, Chloe and Kelly have eaten in some of the finest restaurants in the world, and taken on instant restaurants around Australia, so they say they know what they are doing in the kitchen. Now they are here to take on a butcher and pizza maker to see who can make the best Mediterranean style salad.

All fresh produce was supplied by Spud shed, (except the fresh tuna.)

Ingredients available to both teams were:

• Fillets
• Black Olives
• Quail eggs
• Baby cos lettuce x2
• Couple of potatoes
• Cherry tomatoes
• Lemons x 3
• Garlic
• Eggs
• Vegetable oil
• Olive oil
• Salt, Pepper
• Paprika
• Baby capers
• Turmeric
• Oregano
• Rosemary
• Chicken stock
• Extra virgin olive oil
• Eggs

Chloe and Kelly blended fresh olives to create a tapenade to dress their dish.
Vince and Theo created a dressing with olive oil and lemon to drizzle of their dish.
