Western Australia is packed full of amazing people, Carmen Braidwood met up with a group of young musos who form the indie pop band San Cisco.
At the moment they are number two on the Aussie charts with their latest album Gracetown and with a world tour due to kick off later this year who knows where they will be in 2016 but they assure us WA will always be home.
- San Cisco is a group of kids from Fremantle who are taking over the airways with their trademark catchiness and lyrical wit check them out on Youtube , we bet you will recognize their song Fred Astaire which was used as the music behind an HBF commercial.
- The band hit airwaves gold when their song, Awkward, finished in the top 10 of triple j’s top 100.
- The band was founded in 1998 by Josh and Scarlett who were in year 9 at their local Fremantle high school at the time.
