Nikki’s at Yagan Square, checking out the newly developed Stories building and all it has to offer.

  • The former Market Hall complex has been transformed into a dynamic five-level hospitality precinct, The Stories. Stories boasts 3 distinctive restaurants, 9 bars, private dining and the city’s biggest beer garden.
  • In addition to the Stories Yagan Square still has some of the classic culinary flavours from restaurants surrounding Stories. This includes the Gangnam, StreetEats, Hiss & Smoke and The Shoe.
  • Yagan Square is renowned for attracting immersive and exciting experiences to William Street Mall and the Amphitheatre. The vibrant town square with a large Digital Tower that not only showcases events and displays all-year round but provides a backdrop of the ever changing ‘Perth’ sign for those picturesque moments.
  • Yagan Square was traditionally a traditional meeting place for indigenous communities, particularly of Whadjuk women. Important decisions such as the nurture and cultural education of their children, were all made on these grounds. Today, the cultural heritage is honoured and celebrated through its design, special events and public art program featuring installations from celebrated local female artists.
  • The Square’s central location is a true connection point with easy access to trains, buses and parking. A perfect destination to meet with friends, enjoy events or have dinner before a concert or games at Optus and RAC stadiums.
  • Yagan Square is projected to become the ‘go-to’ meeting spot for making connections, memories and rekindling the spirit of community in the heart of Perth.
