Story: Long Neck Brewery
Episode: 11
Presenter: Trevor Cochrane
Air Date: 14th May
Trevor kicks back in one the most chill locations by the CBD, Long Neck Brewery, a brewery over the river with an extensive range of homebrewed drinks, and a view to boot.
- Long Neck Brewery in Point Fraser transports the wort, the unfermented beer, from their essential brewery, then completes the cold processes of the beer brewing, allowing them to serve straight from the tanks.
- With 18 taps, with a mix of 3 home brewed seltzers with real fruit, 1-3 ciders, their core beer line and a rotating seasonal beer roster, customers can rest assured of their freedom of choice.
- With their scientific patented process of filtering and distilling water, then adding back the necessary minerality to the water, they ensure a seamlessly consistent quality of beer.
- The venue’s large scale has allowed it to open up to corporate functions during the week, available by booking, and catering from anywhere between 16-1200 people.
- Between the braised beef ribs, the oysters, the pizzas and the appetisers, there’s no reason not to give Long Neck Brewery a visit, especially as you can make the trip by car, bike, train, or even boat across the river.
