• The Swan Valley’s warm Mediterranean climate allows for a range of grape varieties to be grown, and styles to be produced. From rich and luscious liqueurs made from Muscat and Pedro Ximenez, through to Shiraz, Verdelho, and aged Tawny fortified wine
